RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, HAVO LLC offers a 7-day money back guarantee to start from the day you receive the product(s), only if the product(s) have not been used. If you wish to return the unused product(s), please note the shipping cost will not be reimbursed, and there will be a 15% restocking fee. Refund to the credit card used to pay for the order will be refunded within 4-7 business days after receiving returned items to HAVO LLC and myhavo.com. We cannot control any delay of refund times by a purchaser’s financial institution. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all returned orders may be delayed an additional two weeks to ensure staff safety when handling returns.
Due to the nature of the product, Glass, Titanium, Ceramic or Quartz products are not covered under any warranty.

How to Start Exchange/Return Process
To begin the process, send the below required information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or copy and paste the information into our Online Contact Form.
Reason for Return, or Exchange:
Product(s) will need to be returned at the expense of the buyer via UPS or Fedex (with tracking we are not liable/responsible if the package is damaged or lost during transit). Once you have shipped back the returned product(s) please also remember to provide us with the tracking number. When repackaging the returned product please use packing material that is sufficient to prevent damage (e.g. adequate box and enough bubble wrap). If product is to arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, we are not liable/responsible and will not honor return policy. Upon receiving the product(s), HAVO LLC and www.MYHAVO.com quality control staff will inspect the product(s). All returned products must include the original packaging complete with all components and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise, the return package will either be refused or subject to additional restocking fees. Any used product will be refused buyer customer will need to arrange shipping label to pick up refused product returned at buyers expense.
In Lieu of COVID-19, orders are being delayed. Your order could take up to 5-7 business days to ship out. If you have not received tracking confirmation on your order within 21 days, please reach out to email@example.com so that we can assist you! We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that all orders placed during non-business hours, this includes weekends (Sundays), evenings and holidays, will not be processed until regular business hours have resumed. For a list of holidays UPS does not deliver please click here. Please allow 8-10 days excluding weekends for all orders to be processed and shipped. DUE TO COVID-19 NO SHIPPING ESTIMATES ARE GUARANTEE. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
The shipping calculator at the checkout is for only determining the shipping cost. If the order is shipped via UPS. We are not liable for delays due to carrier logistics or delays in transit times from UPS or USPS.
